Hi~zhway D,~partment a~,! ~etti.nger Bros., that, the Village
Council has met and~ ~,Onsidered the oroposed use]and advise
if such use did occur:, on the oropose~ property t~at the
Village Cmmcil ~u!d be incl~ned to consider the same as
a non-conforming use to the Coras~ercial Dist, rict by reason
of sai~ nse being obnoxious by reason of the emission of
dust, odor, gas, smoke, noise, corros:Lo'n and by reason of
