MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED MEETING OF APRIL 5, 1960; 7:30 P: M. at
the Mound Village Office.
Present were: Mayor Larson, Trustees Batdorf, Pfeifer, Petersenr Attorney
Ploetz and Manger BOxell.
CODIFICATION OF ORDIANCES
Batdorf moved and Petersen seconded a motion to adjourneuntil the adjourned
meeting of April 7, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. at the Island Park Village Hall, Mound,
Minnesota. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried and adjourned.

CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEAi{ING ON tLEZONING
The council members questioned the propoents and the oppenents in turn. John
A. Miller, counsel for the proponents stated they would accept the responsibility
of road improvements, in front of lsroposed bowling alley, and would bring roads
up to grade and surface such roads.
Speaking against rezoning were: Harold Bronson, Dr. Lauer.

WHEREAS, upon council initiative and upon due public notice in the official news-
paper, two successive weeks, the last of which was less than ten days
before said hearing;
WHEREAS, hearing was heard on March 29, 1960 and the proponents and opponents
were then heard, and other interested parties were heard, and
