BE IT RESOLVED, the Club License of the Minnetonka American Legion Post #398 be granted for the fiscal year starting July 1960 and to advise the Post to make application more promptly in the future. AND NO. 29, PUBLIC BATHING BEACHES The Village Council of the 'illage of Mourd Ordains: Section 1: Amendment Section 1 of the Ordinance 29, Public Beaches, and Section 2 of Ordinance 87, Regulating Swimming, Launching of Boats~ Mooring and Docking of Boats and Parking of Cars on Public Beaches and in the area o? Public Beaches be a~ended to read as follows: "Public Bathin~ Beaches. Hours. Public bathing beaches within the municipality shall be closed at ten o'clock P.M. and any person found swimming, wading, bathing or loitering on any such beach between the hours of ten o'clock P~.might and five o'clock A~M. shall be guilty of a violation of this ordinance? Section 2: Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect from and after its publication accorddng to law. The Village Council of the Village of Mound ordains: Section i Amendment Section ~ of said ordinance No. ?~ ishereby admnded to read as follows: Section 2 "SECTION 5 Highway Traffic ~e~ulations Act Incorporated by Reference_. The regulatory provisions of Minnesota Statute~ 1959, Chapter 169, are hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys ~thin the Village of Mound ~udare hereby inco~oorated .in and made a part of this ordin- ance as completely as if set out here in full except the specific provisions of said laws under Sections 169.23 and 169.2~ of Minu- esota Statutes Annotated, which are hereby specifically excepted." AN OF~INANCE ADOPTIMG THE CODIFICATION OF THE OPJ~INANCES Be it Ordained by the Village Council of the Village of Mound, Minnesota~ Section 1 Adoption of Codification That codification of the Ordinances of Moond, Mirmesota, completed this date and in the possession of the Village Clerk~. ~e~ and hereby is adopted as the Offical Ordinances of Mound, Minnesota, from and after publication according to law. Section 2 Publication The clerk shall ha~e said cod~ published~ in s~f~ic!~n+, quanti~y for availability for general distribution~ and shall thereupon oublish in the official newspaper, a notice to the effect tha~ s~ch copies are available at the office of the Village Clerk, and that said notice shall be published in said newspaper at lest t~o successive weeks. Section 3 Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect from and after its publication according to law.
