The bid of Standard Oil for fuel oil was corrected, to read: #1 Fuel Oil - Tank Wagon Price less 35 discount per gallon #2 Fuel Oil - Tank Wagon price less 35 discount per gallon Pfeifer moved and Orn seconded a motion the minutes of Oct. ll, 1960 regular meeting be accepted as corrected. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and accepted. The minutes of t, he adjourned meeting of October 18, 1960 were read. The minutes of the Special meeting of October 20, 1960 were read. Orn moved and Pfeifer seconded the motion to acceptethe minutes of the Special meeting of Oct. 20, 1960 as read. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried and accepted. The minutes of the adjourned meeting of November l, 1960 were read. Pfeifer moved and Orn seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the adjourned meeting of Nove. l, 1960 as read. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried and accepted. 116 Note: Dr. Byron Petersen arrived. Campus Crusade PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS Pfeifer moved and Orn seconded a motion. BE IT MOVED the Camphe.~C~usade for Christ be grarited a Building Permit to build a lOxlO ft. block building to house furnace next to #1 dormitory. Minnesota Baptist Addition. BE IT MOVED, Percy Jacobsen be allowed to add two additions less than 5 ft from lot line on Lots 2, 5, l~, and 15 Block 31 Seton Addition. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried. Robert Rudh Petersen moved and Pfeife~ seconded a motion. BE IT MOVED, the request of Robert Rudh for a needed sewer extension on an under- sized lot, (Lots 5 and 6 Block 6, Devon) non-conforming use, be granted and Robert Rudh is directed to apply annually from November 1960 for a permit for non-conforming use, of sewer installations. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried. Eugene Warne Petersen moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion. BE IT MOVED, Eugene Warne be granted a permit to put top on basement and add a breezeway and garage on Lots l~, 15; Block 25, Seton Addition, garage is to be in line with present structure and garage entered fro~ the north or garage is to be set back 20 ft. in accordance with our set-back ordinance. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried. Rezoning Peterson moved and Orn seconded a motion. BE IT MOVER, the Village Council set a public hearing ~or the hearing of the rezoing petition on December 6, 1960 at 8:30 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station. The area to be considered is: Auditor'.s Oubdivision 170 Lot B; ShirelyHills Unit D Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 Blcok 3. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried. The request of Robert Rydell to exchange property with the Village of Mound was tabled for advic~ of attorney. Robe rt Rydell Dean Stagnes request to build two houses on two lots; plat pl~ans are requested~ ~ith the proposed b.~uildings indicated thereon, before ap.y action is taken. Pfeifer moved and Petersen seconded a motion. Matt BE IT MOVED, the request of Matt Starr to build a guest house on top of his Starr garage at Lot 5 Block 17 Highlands be denied on the basis of non-conforming use on minimum lot~ The vote was unani~ously in favor so carried and denied. BE IT MOVED, the request of Alonzo Krotzer to add a lht x 21' addition of Lot 6, Bloek ~, Creviers Subdivision of part of Lot 36 La2ayette Park, be granted, provisional to~ Alonzo Krotzer Sewage non-conforming permit to be applied for annually starting on and from the date of such building permit, l~h~ renewal will be at no charge to applicant. Sewall's request for a Building Permit to bring up to code the condemned cottage on Lot i and part of Lot 9, Block 5, Minnesota Baptist Assembly, be denied at present, would be granted if he acquires Lot l0 and m~es the house to set back ordinance r~quirements. BE iT MOVED, the Village Council of the Village of Mound authorize the Village Treasurer t~ pay to the Mohawk Jaycees the sum of $300 for supervision and maintenance only of the Skating Rink at Shirley Hills, after January l, 1961.
