Larson, Trustees Dr. Byron Petersen, Howard Orn, Gordon Batdorf, Del Pfeifer; Mauager Leonard Kopp and Attorney Ray Ploetz. BILLS The following bills were presented for payment: Byron Rock Products~Street Fund Geo. A. Totten, Jr. County Treas. - General 358 25.oo Petersen moved and Batdorf seconded a motion to PAy the foregoing bills, where funds are available. The vote was u~animously in favor. So carried. RECONVEfANCE TO STATE - Part of Lot 25 Auditor's Subdivision 170 Petersen offered the following resolution and moved its adoption. the motion. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE RECONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN LAND AND g~THORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MANAGER TO PURCHASE CERTAIN LAND Pfeifer seconded WHEREAS the Village of Mound holds Lot 25, Auditor,s Subdivision Number 170, Hennepin County, Minnesota, by limited state deed pursuant to Laws of 1941, Chapter 511, as amended, for the purpose of sewer drain as an outlet for processed water from a sewage disposal plant planned for the future; WHEREAS future sewage disposal plant plans do not require for said purposes a portion thereof described as follows: All that part of Lot 25, Auditor,s Subdivision Number 170, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying within the following described tract: Commencing at a point on the Southerly right of way line of County Road Number 15, distant 68.67 feet East as measured along said right of way line from the Easterly line of Lot 6, said Auditor, s Subdivision Number 170; thence Southerly parallel with the East line of said Lot 6 a distance of 150 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly right of way line of said County Road Number 15 a distance of 100 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the East line of said Lot 6 a distance of 150 feet to said Southerly right of way line; thence West along said ~ ~ · Iv 198, I'~I]EREAS said described portion of Lot 25, Auditor,s Subdivision Number 170 is required by the Village to fulfill the terms of the contract imposed by that certain option agreement entered into between the Village of Mound and the Post Office Department of the U.S. Government; NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUND, MINNESOTA 1o That the mayor and the clerk be, and hereby are, authorized and directed to execute reeonveyance to the State of Minnesota of that tract or parcel described as follows: All that part of Lot 25, Auditor's Subdivision Number 170, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying within the following described tract; Commencing at a point on the Southerly right of way line of County R}ad Number 15, distant 68.67 feet Eastm~ as measured along said right of way line from the Easterly line of Lot 6, said Auditor's Subdivision Number 170, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence Southerly parallel with the East line of said Lot~ a distance of 150 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly right of way line of said County Road Number 15 a distance of 100 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the East line of said Lot 6 a distance of 150 feet to said Southerly right of way line; thence West along said Southerly right of way line to beginning. 2.
