Present were; Mayor Larson, Trustees Petersen, Pfeifer, Batdorf, 0rn; Manager
Kopp and Attorney Ploetz, and ~ngineer Wm. 5choell.
PUBLIC HEARING Ob! WATER MAIN FOR RIDGEI^KIOD DRIVE
Appearing were: Winthrop Pockwell, James Butler, Patrick Sinblair and C. ~.
Engstrom. Engineer Schoell repOrted the cost of such a project is estimated
at $2~990.00 for a ~ inch main! between two six inches .mains, running' along one side of
Ridgewood Drive a distance of 621.70 feet at $~.80 per front foot.

the motion.
I'~{EPJEAS, A RESOLUTION of the v~%lage council adopted the 14th day of March, 1961,
fixed a date for a co~cil hearing on the proposed improvement of Ridgewood
Drive between the northerly extension of the easterly line of lot 7, Block 6,
"The Highlands'" and th~ northerly line of Idlewild Drive by installation of
water main thereon. I
AND WHEP~YS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and mailed notice was ~iven and the hearing
was held thereon on th~ 25th day of ~pril, 1961, at which all persons
desiring to be heard w~re liven an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THE?JEFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUND,' MINNESOTA
1. Such improvement Ss hereby ordered as proposed in the oouncil
resolution adopted MarCh l~, 1961.
2. Schoell and Madsem, Village ~ngineers, are hereby design~ated as~.e
engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.

~'aple Avenue) and the southerly line of Elm Place, have petitioned for the
~acation thereof;
