AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 28, 1961, a
report has been prepared by Schoell and Madson, Village Engineers,
with reference to the improvement of all of Blocks~? to 12, incl.,
Woodland Point, all of Blocks 1 to 3, incl., DreamWood, all of
Blocks 16 to 19, incl., Shadywood Point, and all of Lots 1 to 5
and 15 to 19, incl., Block 14, Lots 1 to 5 and 11 t.o 15, incl.,
Block 13, Lots 1 to 5 and 10 to 14, incl., Block 1;!, Dreamwood,
by installation and construction of storm sewers t~erein, and
this report was received by the Council on July 25j
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCISF OF M£
