Petersen seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the Board o The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried~ and accepted. The minutes of the regular meeting of July 11~ 1961 were read. Pfeifer seconded a motion to accept the minutes of July ll, 196 vote was unanimously in favor. So carried and accepted. The minutes of the Special Hearing of July 18, 1961 were read. Petersen seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the Specia] 1961 as read. The Mayor abstained and all Trustees cast Aye v carried, so accepted.
