The attorney advised the coancil they should require ~'[r. Oveson to execute quit claim deeds to Lots lg, 16 Block g, Wychwood in favor of the Village before the vacation of Essex i~oad is act~d.'~upmn. The Mayor recessed the hearing. VILLAGE WATER MAIN INSPECilOR Batdorf offeredthe following resolttuion and moved its adoption. the motion. Pfeifer seconded RESOLUTION APPOINTinG WATER CONRTRUCTION INSPECTOR BE IT P~ESOLVED BY THE VILLRGE COU[,iCIL OF ~OUND, MINNESOTA 1. That the manager be, and hereby is authorized and directed to empioy a m~table person or persons as Village Water Inspector for inspector of this installation of the Water ~ain Projects in the Village at a rate of pay of not to exceed $2.7~ per hour at a minimum of ~0 hours per week not to exceed 12 weeks and such additional time as may be subsequently authorized; Provided straight time only for any 'over~:.ime' Roll Call Vote ?etersen ye  Batdor£ Aye Pfeifer Aye Larson Aye So aarried and resolved.
