DEPOSITORY, DS~I~NATER£~iilS~]gATIONAL BANK OF MPLS.
Batdorf offered the follo%~ng resolution and moved its adoption.

RESOLVED, That we h~reby designate the FirstNatzonal' Bank of Minneapolis,
Minnesota, as a depository for moneys of the 1961 Water Project Construction
Fund of this village for the year ending the 31st day of December, 1961, and
the Treasurer of this village is hereby directed to deposit said moneys of
this village in said bank; and the said First National Bank of Minneapolis is
hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay any checks or orders, when
signed by the Mayor, Manager and Treasurer for the withdrawal or transfer of
funds on deposit in said bank in whatever form.
BE IT FURTHER ~ESOLVED, That in case such deposits shall at any time
exceed Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars, sai~depository shall immediately
furnish bond or securities in lieu of bond according to law, and the Federal
Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is hereby designated as a place for
the safekeeping of all securities furnished in lieu of such bond.
