liequest for Street Light on the corner of Ridgewood where Ridgewood turns
north.
Batdor£ moved and ~rn seconded a motion to authorize ~orthern States Power
Company t~ install a street light of 6,000 lumen on Ridgewood Ave. in the
Three Points area.
The vote was unanimously in favor so carried.
SEWAGE PROBLEM
The problem of the overflow from the Fairhaven Apartm~ents, Mound Lanes
and the American Legion building, was discussed at length with the Health
Officer, the Engineer, the Attorney, the Manager and the Village Council.

N~aber 170, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying within the follow-
ing described tract: Oommencing at a point on the Southerl~
right-of-way line of County Road Number 15, distant 68.67 feet
East as measured along said right-of-way line fro~ the Easterl~
line of Lot 6, said Auditor's Subdivision Number 170; thence
Southerly parallel with the East line of said Lot 6 a distance
