WATER TO ORONO SECTION OF THREE POINTS
The matter of water to the Orono Section Df Three Points was discussed.
The Village Council authorized and directed the Village Manager to answer
the letter of Don Boll, Orono Village Clerk.
CIGARETTE LICENSE
Batdorf moved and Orn seconded a motion.
BE IT MOVED, the Melody Cafe be granted a cigarette license for the year,
1962.
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and granted.
ANNUi~IL REPORT
The matter of making and distributing an annual report for Mound was discussed.
ISLAND PARK BAR
August Hartkop appeared before the council and spoke of plans to remodel
the Island Park Lounge.
CONCORD BLVD. WATER MAIN EXTENSION
Orn offered the following resolution and moved its adoption.

RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON
IMPROVEMENT (Concord Blvd. - Water)
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted March 29, 1962, a
report has bee prepared by Schoell and Madson, Village Consulting
Engineers, with reference to the improvement of Concord Boulevard
between the Easterly line of First Avenue and the Northerly extension
of the Easterly line of Lot 6, Auditors Subdivision No. 170, by the
installation of water mains, hydrants, and other appurtenances thereon,
and this report was received by tl~ council on April 3, 196Z,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ¥IL~LAGE COUNCIL OF
MOUND, MINNESOTA
1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property'for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Secs. 429.011 to
429. 111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $11,640.
