Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 3, 1962. 2. Schoell and Madson, Village Consulting Engineers, are hereby designated as the engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improve- ment. 3.
