RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
(Concord Blvd - Water, 62-i)
WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 3rd day of April,
1962, fixed a date for council hearing on the proposed improvement of
Concord Boulevard between the Easterly line of First Avenue and the Nor-
therly extension of the Easterly line of Lot 6, Auditor's Subdivision No.
170 by the installation of water mains, hydrants, and other appurtenances
thereon;
AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice and mailed notice by deposit in the
U.S. Mails at least ten days prior to the hearing of copies of the notice
properly addressed to all persons appearing as addressees on the County
Treasurer's records of March 2, 1962, and for the area proposed to be
assessed was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 1st day of May,
1962, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILI~GE OF MOUND,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted April 3, 1962.
2. Schoell and Madson, Village Consulting Engineers, are hereby
designated as the engineers for this improvement. They shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improve-
ment.
3. That this project be, and hereby is, assigned the alternate
description of "Water, 62-1".
