Pfeifer offered the following resolution and moved its adoption.

WHEREAS there is oei~g constructed in the Village of Mouad on the
South side of County Road 15 a building to be used as a United States
Post Office, and
WHEREAS, in the construction of said structure it has been found
that the ~ortheast corner thereof encroaches across the East line of
the land on which structure is being constructed by a distance of 0.06
feet, and
W~fEREAS, the Village of Mound is the owner in fee of the land lying
adjacent to the site on which the Post Office building is ~eing constructed,
and
WHEREAS, said land owned by the Village is not now being used fo~
any purpose, and the encroachment of the Post Office building thereon
is ~ot objectionable,
~OW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Vi±lage Council of the Vil-
lage of Mound, at a regular meeting held on July 17, lY62, that the e~-
croachment of ~he Post Office building on the land owne~ by the Vimlage
as hereinbefore refer~ed to is ~ecognized Oy the Village, and that the
village has no objection to said encroachment.
