Ho Renner & Sons, Inc., as contractor, for con ~ell No. 4 in accordance with plans and specifications on file and specifications were incorporated into said contract; WHEREAS, the plans, specifications, contract, and proposal, co twelve inch well casing and five hundred eighty (580) foot dep AND WHEREA~, at its present depth, the well has not encountere formation which would be a good water source and the engineer ling into the Mount Simon sandrock to a depth of one hundred in; whereas, the engineer further recommends driving of ten i inside the present twelve inch casing in the twelve inch open Mount Simon formation, cutting off the ten inch casing at dept hundred sixty-five (265) feet, swaging between the ten and and removing of the upper portion of the ten inch casing NOW THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NOUND 1. That additional work and material to that provided by the June 19, 1962, be, and hereby is, ordered, consistent with th, paragraph three (3) herewith. 2. That the engineer be, and hereby is, authorized and direc writing, additional work, and materials, in accordance with t paragraph three (3) hereof. 3.
