PRAISE BOOK DOCK REQUEST The Praise Book requests permission to erect a dock on the north wall of the building that would telescope:out into the street right-of-way while in use and after use would be retracted . The Council was polled about the erection of such a dock if the dock was kept locked and controlled by Praise ~lok, The poll indicated acceptance of such a dock if village and public would be completely protected.
