PRAISE BOOK DOCK REQUEST
The Praise Book requests permission to erect a dock on the north wall of the building
that would telescope:out into the street right-of-way while in use and after use would
be retracted . The Council was polled about the erection of such a dock if the dock
was kept locked and controlled by Praise ~lok, The poll indicated acceptance of such
a dock if village and public would be completely protected. Matter to be further
discussed at the next council meeting.

OF CONTRACT IN BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUND
W~EREAS pursant to resolution fixing a date for public hearing, and

of Spring Park reasonable terms have been agreed upon for the service of °pring
Park for the transport and processing of sewage of Spring Park by the said Mound
sys tern;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA:
1. That the mayor and the manager be, and hereby are~ authorized and directed
to execute on behalf of the Village of Mound the contract with the Village of
Spring Park for the use of trunk and disposal facilities a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

dedicated to the training of boys and are deserving of public support;
