THREE POINTS ROAD The condition of the road at Three Points covered by the Cox Bros. Inc. contract was discussed, immedate steps to be taken to correct the conditions before the weather stops such work, paving subcontractor not '~o be considered at fault if he repairs the damage before liability is ~-stablished. Batdorf moved and Koehn seconded a motion to adjourn until the meeting of Nov. 1962 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station. so carried and adjourned. Lar s on ,y733 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE MOUND VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE ISLAND PARK VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT INTO ONE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO BE KNO~ AS THE MOUND VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT INCORPORATED AND PROVIDING FOR THE DISTRI~JTION OF FUNDS HELD BY THE VILLAGE FOR FIRE RELIEF AND PENSION PURPOSE WHEREAS, the Village of Mound has had two fire departments since of Island Park on March l, 1960, and WHEREAS, Section ?.O1 of the Mound Code of Ordinances states, "Th established in this ~illage' a Volunteer Fi~ Department.,, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COIU~CIL OF THE VILlAG MINNESOTA: There is hereby established ss follows: 1. One volunteer fire department to be known as: THE MO! FIRE DEPARTMENT INCORPORATED.
