Present were: Mayor H. B. R. Larson, Trustees Gordon Batd°rf; Del Pfeifer;
(Trustee Howard Orn arrived at 10:45 P. M. ); Attorney Raymond Ploetz, Engineer
William Schoell; Finance Consultants Lyle Olson and Ernie Cl~rk of T. G. Evenson;
State Health Dept. representatives Paul Johnson and Ray Terrell.
The meeting was called to order by H. B. R. Larson, Mayor.
William Schoell gave a resume of the Engineering Report.
Paul John spoke on the need of ~'idi~ll water systems to an,
I~aymond Ploetz spoke on step procedure to follow to institute
an extenti0n of the municipal water system. The correct pap~
to show that sufficient notice for this meeting had been given.
Lyle Olson spoke on the use of temporary bonds of a short ter~
economics of bonding.
The question and answer period opened: Fifty citizens atten,

council m~mbers to whom they were addressed.
