MINNESOTA: 1...That Chapter 23 of the Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled "Zoning", be, and hereby is, amended by reducing the Residential Use District, A-2, as established in Section 23.012 by removing therefrom the following described tract: LOt~ 9-38, l~clusive, Block 11, Seton. 2. That Chaoter 23, of the Mound.~ode of Ordinances entitled "Zon- ing'', be,'~amd hereby is, amended by ad~_ng to the provisions of ~ection 23.061, Multiple Dwelling Use District'~B'', the foliowing, to-wit. NOTICE OF HEARING, AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 23, "ZONING", MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES N~TICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 19, 1963, at 8:00 o'elocl P.M. at the Mound Fire Hall, a hearing will be had on the proposal to amend Chapter 23, Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled "Zoning", by re- ducing the Residential "B" Use District by removing therefrom the fol- lowing described tract and by increasing the Industrial Use District by adding thereto the said following described tract, to-wit: "Lots 1 - 3, inclusive, Block 5, Sylvan Heights Addition to Mound, and Lots 10 - 15, inclusive, Block 2, L.
