Koehn moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion
BE IT MOVED, the Village Council receive the bids and hold for further study,
and to again considered .at the April 2, 1963 meeting.
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.
HEARING ON TAXI CAB LICENSE
Present were the petitioner, Oliver Dressel with his attorney Vincent Johnson
and Ferd Schwartz, the holder of the only taxi license in Mound.
Mr. Johnson spoke for the petition and Ferd Schwartz spoke in ppposition stating
the village could not suport more cabs, and if another license is given out he~ would
have to raise his fares
Heikkila moved and Pfeifer seconded the motion.
BE IT MOVED, the application be denied and the petition refused to operate a
Taxi in the Village of Mound to Oliver Dressel.
The vote was unanimous]/y in favor, so carried.

Pfeifer moved and Koehn seconded a motion to adjourn until the adjourned Meeting
of April Z, 1963 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station. The vote was unanimously
in favor, so carried and adjourned.
