The City Council of the City of Mound, Hennepin County, Minnesota, met in special session on
Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers of city hall.

Mayor Hanus called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

Annual reports were presented by Department Heads, with discussion following.
A. Liquor Store — Manager John Colotti

C. Fire Department — Fire Chief Greg Pederson
D. City Clerk's Department — City Clerk Bonnie Ritter
E. Finance Department — Finance Director Catherine Pausche
F. Community Development Department — CD Director Sarah Smith

MOTION by Gesch, seconded by Gillispie to adjourn at 8:47 p.m. All voted in favor. Motion
carried.
