Kopp and Attorney Ray Ploetz HEARING OF BEER LICENSE AT SURFS~E Delmar Roth and IV[arvin Sinner appeared., ad proponents, no oppenents appeared. Batdorf moved and Heikkila seconded the motion. BE IT MOVED, the Village Council of Mound, /vtinne$ota grant a 3. Z on and a 3. z off sale license to the new owners of the Surf~ide, lvir. Delmar Roth and 1Vtr. lVlarvin Sinner The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. STREET LIGHT Heikkila moved and Koehn seconded the motion. BE IT MOVED, Northern States Power Company be authorized to install a light of 6,000 lumens on Lane 4 at the end and also one on the end of Lane/~. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried. The minutes of April 9, 1963 were read. Heikkila moved and Batdorf seconded a motion to acce~t the minutes of A:~ril 9th meeting as read. The vote was unanimously in favor; so carried and accepted. CONCORD BDULEVARD WATER ASSR3SIleNT H~RI~G The attorney examined the ~ublicat~on and mailing ~ffidavits and declared them to be sufficient and legal. The total cost of the improvement is $13 60~ 10. The Village is being charged for $3,880.11 for Lot 3~, Aud. ~ ' 1'_~ ~ z~ ~ ~us the~difeerence of using an S-inch pipe in Subd. #170 Io~ place of the O-inch pmpe. to the assessment to take care of non-pa?ments. Koehn moved, Pfeifer sec- onded, and it was unanimously carried to postpone the hearing until next week, thereby giving the Attorney time to check this.
