Present were: Mayor Larson, Trustees Heikkila, Batdorf, P~eifer, and Koehn,
Village Manager Kopp, Attorney Ploetz, Engineer Schoell
Hearing on Concord Boulevard Water Assessment called to or~er and adjourned
until after reading of the minutes of the previous meeting~.
The minutes of April 9, 1963 were read. Heikkila moved and Batdorf seconded
a motion to accept the minutes of A~oril 9th meeting as read. The vote was
unanimously in favor; so carried and accepted. ~

motion to accept the minutes of the April 16th meeting as read. The vote
was unanimously in favor; so carried and accepted.
The minutes of April 20, 1963 were read. Heikkila moved a~d Batdorf seconded
a motion to accept the minutes of the Aoril 2Oth meeting a8 read. The vote
was unanimously in favor; so carried and accepted.
The minutes of April 30, 1963 were read. Koehn moved and ~feifer seconded
motion to accept the minutes of April 3Otb as read. The vote was unanimously
in favor; so carried and accepted. '
The minutes of May 7, 1963 were read. Pfeifer ~oved and B~tSorf seconded
motion to accept the minutes of May 7th as read. The vote~was unanimously
in favor; so carried and accepted.
CONCORD BOULEVARD WATER SoEoSMENT H~2ARING
The attorney examined the oublication and mailing ~ffidavi~s and declared
them to be sufficient and iegal. The total cost of the improvement is
$13,602.10. The Village is being charged for $3,880.11 fo~ Lot 3~, Aud.
Subd. #170 for 630 feet plus the difference of using an S-inch pipe in
place of the 6-inch pipe. Question was raised as to legality of adding ~%
to the assessment to take care of non-payments. Koehn novgd, Pfeifer sec-
onded, and it was unanimously carried to'postpone the hearing until next ~
week, thereby giving the Attorney time to check this.

LOWELL ZITZLOFF - DIVISION OF LOTS
Koehn moved to accept the Planning Commission recommendation that we allow
Mr. Zitzloff to divide his lot into two lots - one with 9,800 feet in it and
the other with 9,hO0 square feet, provided the Village Office is provided with
a certified copy of his lot from his surveyor, Ma. Kelly. Lot ll,Blk 1, S.H."D".
LEONARD BARGMAN - BOATHOUSE
Batdorf moved, Heikkila seconded, and it was unanimously ~arried to concur with
the Planning Commission to allow ~.~. Barg~an to build a boathouse on Lot 22,
Block 2h, Seton. ~ .~ ~,
LANGDON HEIGHTS SUBDI~ISION
Koehn moved, Pfeifer seconded, and it w~s carried to accept the Planning Com-
mission recommendation to accept the preliminary clan of LanKdon Heights Sub-
division as presented by Gordon B~tdorf. Batdorf~ abstained.
SHERWOOD SHORES SUBDIVISION
Batdorf moved, Heikkila seconded, and it was unanimously icarried to accept the
Planning Commission recommendation to accept the prelimiqary plan of Sherwood
Shores as presented by Carl Hofmeister.
