FEBRUARY 12, 2013
The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, met
in regular session on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at 6:55 p.m. in the council chambers of city
hall.
Members present: Chair Mark Hanus; Commissioners Kelli Gillispie, Heidi Gesch, and Ray
Salazar
Members absent: Vacant Commissioner Seat (David Osmek),
Others present: Executive Director Kandis Hanson, Finance Director /Clerk/Treasurer Catherine
Pausche, City Attorney Melissa Manderschied, Community Development Director Sarah Smith,
Fire Chief Greg Pederson, Mark Wegscheid, Blaze Fugina, Stephanie Bolles, Matt Bolles, T.J.
Brink, Sandy Wing, Bob Boese, Kari Johnson, Stacy Burns, Heidi Wentzel, Bruce Sohns, John

1. Open meeting
Chair Mark Hanus called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
2. Approve agenda
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gesch to approve the agenda. All voted in favor. Motion
carried.
3 Approve minutes
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gesch to approve the minutes of the January 22, 2013
regular meeting. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
4. Approve claims
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gesch to approve the claims in the amount of $15,622.80.
All voted in favor. Motion carried.
5. Adjourn
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gesch to adjourn at 6:56 p.m. All voted in favor. Motion
carried.
