Kopp BUILDING CODE This all pertains to a building on the school athletic field stand and storage for atholetic equipment and possibly as Appearing for the proposed vari~mce were; Dr. Don Erickson, Fritz Soule and Mr. Schroeder. Kay Dick. Kenneth Appear The request was not needed as th~ group constructing thc the foundation and meet the code requirements, however most of the prinicipals were present. NAME A REPRESENTATIVE TO DEAL WITH PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE Koehn moved and Pfeifer seconded the motion RESOLUTION 63- 123 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE TO DEAL WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Roll Call Vote: Pfeifer Aye Koehn Aye Larson Aye So carried and resolved WATER RATES The matter of increasing the water rates and service charges was discussed For normal turn off and on charges - each way $3.00 For removal of meter turn off and on charges - each way $7.50 - was proposed The price of $5.00 for the 1st 10,000 gallons was proposed.
