The attorney stated the published and~l~ted notices were sufficient and legal. O'Neil Grathwol gave a resume of the assessment proced are and assessment hearing. Wm. Schoell spoke on assessment ~rocedure and the assessments assigned, from an engineering standpoint. Comment and Question Speakers: l~rs. H. 3~. Hatch wanted to know her assessment - Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 Block 3 Woodland Point. Carl Hofmeiser protested' his 'assessment on Lots 29 and 30 Lafayette Park Frank Kellogg protested his assessment on Lots land 2 Block 6, Highlands JoAnn Neises protested her assessment on Lots 53 and 5 ~ Skarp and Lindquists 1%avenswood, saying she already had water and .did not need the tap on Lot 53 Leonard Frab_~m ask about the assessment on back lot - was explained that it could be a buildable lot and thus was considered so in .e assessment. lVirs. John Haller Lot 11, 12 and 13 Block 6 Shadywood P.~. , had purchased tax forfeit land with the last three weeks, so the loSts would ~e re(~uced to the 50 ft. they are actually not the mimiurn of 60 ft. upon proof of wnership, she produced ownership and reduction was made.
