The hearing was called to order by A4ayor Larson.
The attorney stated the published and~l~ted notices were sufficient and legal.
O'Neil Grathwol gave a resume of the assessment proced are and assessment
hearing.
Wm. Schoell spoke on assessment ~rocedure and the assessments assigned, from
an engineering standpoint.

Carl Hofmeiser protested' his 'assessment on Lots 29 and 30 Lafayette Park
Frank Kellogg protested his assessment on Lots land 2 Block 6, Highlands
JoAnn Neises protested her assessment on Lots 53 and 5 ~ Skarp and Lindquists

Leonard Frab_~m ask about the assessment on back lot - was explained that
it could be a buildable lot and thus was considered so in .e assessment.
lVirs. John Haller Lot 11, 12 and 13 Block 6 Shadywood P.~. , had purchased tax
forfeit land with the last three weeks, so the loSts would ~e re(~uced to the 50 ft.

The attorney recommends that the nine lots purchased fr(,m the tax forfeit list in
the assessment are be included on the assessment roll. The council agreed

left the same, the tap charge be removed from Lot 53 on the Jo3~un Neises property,
and all other assessment remain the same, except the attached list submitted by
the engineers
