The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, met
in regular session on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at 6:55 p.m. in the council chambers of city hall.
Members present: Acting Chair David Osmek; Commissioners Kelli Gillispie, and Ray Salazar
Members absent: Chair Mark Hanus and Commissioner Heidi Gesch
Others present: City Manager Kandis Hanson, Community Development Director Sarah Smith
1. Open meeting
Acting Chair Osmek called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
2. Approve agenda
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gillispie to approve the agenda. All voted in favor. Motion
carried.
3. Approve minutes
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gillispie to approve the minutes of the March 27, 2012
meeting. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
4. Approve claims
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gillispie to approve claims in the amount of $14,692.17. All
voted in favor. Motion carried.
5. Adiourn
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gillispie to adjourn at 6:56 p.m. All voted in favor. Motion
carried.
