The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, met in
regular session on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at 6:55 p.m. in the council chambers of the Centennial
Building.
Members present: Chair Mark Hanus; Commissioners Ray Salazar, Heidi Gesch, Kelii Gillispie, and
Mark Wegscheid
Members absent: None
Others present: Executive Director Kandis Hanson, Fin Dir /Clerk /Treasurer Catherine Pausche,
Community Development Director Sarah Smith, Attorney Melissa Manderschied, County Assessor Kari

1. Open meeting
Chair Mark Hanus called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
2. Approve agenda
MOTION by Wegscheid, seconded by Gesch, to approve the agenda. All voted in favor. Motion
carried.
3. Approve minutes
MOTION by Gesch, seconded by Wegscheid, to approve the minutes of the April 22, 2014 regular
meeting. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
4. Approve claims
MOTION by Gesch, seconded by Wegscheid, to approve the claims in the amount of $17,105.40. All
voted in favor. Motion carried.
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gesch, to approve cancelation of the special meeting workshop. All
voted in favor. Motion carried.
6. Adiourn
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gesch, to adjourn at 6:57 p.m. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
