CITY MANAGER CONVENTION
Koehn moved and Pfeifer seconded the motion :
BE IT MOVED THE Manger be tallowed actual expenses to attend the City Managers
Convention on October 13 to 17, 1063 in Denver, Colo.
The vote was unanimously in favor so carried.
REQUEST FOR BEER LICENSE
Mr. Cleon Taylor appeared and requested a Beer License for ~ building to be built
directly south of Derby Paint Store.

BE IT MOVED, a hearing be set for July 23, at 8:00 P. M. at the Fire Station to
hear the request.
The vote was unanimously in favor so carried.
SEWER EASEMENT
Heikkila moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion
BE IT MOVED, the '~,V~tllage of Mound pay to Arthur P. Kane the sum of $25.00
in consideration for a sewer easement on Lot 49 W-hippie Shores (east five
feet)
