The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, met
in special session on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers of the
Centennial Building.
Members present: Chair Mark Hanus; Commissioners Ray Salazar, Heidi Gesch, Kelli Gillispie,
and Mark Wegscheid
Members absent: None.
Others present: City Manager Kandis Hanson, Community Development Director Sarah Smith,
Stacie Kvilvang, Julie Eddington.
1. Open meeting
Mayor Hanus called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. Presentation and discussion of summary of Developer Day
Stacie Kvilvang presented a Power Point presentation summarizing what took place during the
roundtable meetings held on April 28, 2014 and discussion ensued.
3. Adiourn
MOTION by Gesch, seconded by Wegscheid, to adjourn at 8:42 p.m. All voted in favor. Motion
carried.
