ST JOHN'S LUTHERN CHURCH REZONING
Appearing were A. C. Helleckson, Paul Anderson, Lincoln Auld representing the
church congregation. Mr. Audl as Vice president of the church congregation was
the spokeman and said that 107 of the congregation had voted unanimously to
the church and request commercial zoning for the property. The petitioners
agree to pay for the cost of legal notices and fees for the attorx:ey to rewrite the
ordinance.

Th~ question of seal coating was discussed and decided that sea! coat and dust coat
should be applied when necessary and materials were available.
DOCK PERMITS
The following Dock Permits were presented to the council for approval.
Pfeifer moved and Heikkila seconded a motion to grant the following Dock Permits.
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.

The American Legion requests permission to erect a temporary sign over a village
street.
Heikkila moved and Pfeifer seconded
BE IT MOVED, the American Legion be allowed to place a sign with the permission
pf the owners of what ever the sign be attached to and to remove the sign by
July 30th, such sign not be to anchored to any ornamental light standard.

MOVED, the officers of Minnetrista Police Dept. Olive~ Dressel and Richard
Hardina be paid their regular pay, as paid by the Minne~rista Village for four
hours each for attendance at the trial of Jo~n Collins, and tht this pay shall
not be taken'as a pree/~lhm~e or com~/~the village to l~ke action in the future.
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.
