Larson, Trustees Del Pfeifer, Ray Koehn, Gordon Batdorf and ]~eRoy Heikkila; Manager Leonard Kopp, and Attorneys O'Neil Grathwol and Louis Oberhouser and Engineer Wm. Schoell Noble Drive and Cedar Lane ~W.at, e.rMain Hearing The attorneys declared the legal requirements to be met the the mailing and the pulbished notice. Appearing and speaking against the installtion of-water mains along Noble Drive were George Thompson and /Virs. Thompson, William Eisler, Chellis Engstrom. Op__~sition to the Cedar Lane ~ter main was expressed by Melvin Sohns, ~and Walter Stockton. Ben Weiland spoke in favor of a main to aid in fire protection for the area and thus not to distrub the fire classification of Mound; Lucille Dully spoke for a water main rather than copper tubing in the village (she was not financially concerned in this hear i~g) Pfeifer moved and Koehn seconded a motion RESOLUTION 63- 157 RESOLUTION ODERING IMPROVEMENT AND ~,. This would have to be an'amendment to the ordinance. LUCILLE DUFFY REQUEST FOR WATER MAIN The Village Attorney and the Village office will research this property to see if the alley has Been vacated. The council gave the manager leave to accept this bond.
