PUBLIC HEARING - Vacating of Churchway
Hearing continued from meeting of August 13, 1963. The Village Engineers described
the following easement as necessary for drainage in this area: A 15-foot perpetual
easement for drainage purposes over and across that part of Church Street, presently
known as Church Way (now vacated) as dedicated in the plat of "Abraham Lincoln
Addition to Lakeside Park, Mound, Minnetonka" lying between the Northerly exten-
sions of the East and West lines of Block 4 in said addition; the center line of
said easement being the centerline of said Church Way. This was acceptable to and
granted by the petitioners who were pre~ent.
Koehn moved and Heikkila seconded the motion.

1965 TRAFFIC INVENTORY
Mr. Stanton presented the 1963 Annual Traffic Inventory Report for Mound.
REFUND OF BUILDING PERMIT FEE
Heikkila moved, Koehn seconded the motion to refund $5.OO of a Building Permit
(#775) issued to Harry Eide as he had over-estimated the addition he is putting
on his house in Island Park. The motion was unanimously carried.
LIQUOR BILLS
Koehn moved, Heikkila seconded the motion and it was unanimously carried to pay
the following liquor bills:
