Evensen & Associates. $214,000 WATER IMPROVE~NT BONEB The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for the consideration of bids for the purchase of $214,000 Water Improvement Bonds of 1965 as adver- tised for sale. The clerk presented affidavits showing publication of notice of male more than ten days in advance of sale in the official newspaper and in 0ommercial West, a financial paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. LIBRARY After discussion, Mr. Kopp was suggested as the third member on the Library Board and as such to send a letter to Minnetrista for a meeting of the board. DEVON PARK PROPERTY Discussed, but no action taken. BILLS Batdorf moved, Heikkila seconded the motion to pay the bills where funds are available. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.
