Jim Nelson appeared as proponen~ and representative of Richard Cook owner, Mr. Herbert appeared as legal counsel for Mr. Cook. Florence appeared and asked how many units were contemplated. Answer that was not in order now as rezoning was only question not building plans. Heikkila moved and Koehn seconded a motion to continue theheari~.g until October 29, 1963 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station. Ahe vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and continued. PUBLIC HEARING - REZONING OF SEWER DISPOSAL PLANT SITE The attorney declared the notice and publication to be legal qnd sufficient. B~ IT ORI~INED BY TH~ VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ~OUND, MI~A: That Chapter 23, ~ound Code of Ordinances entitled "Zoning" be, and hereby is, amended by deleting from the provisions o~ ~ection 23.011, "Residential Use District A-I", and by adding to the provisions of Section 23.164 "Establishing and Adding to Limited Industrial Use District I-1" the following described tract, to-wit: All that part of ~overnment Lot 4, Section 23, Town- ship 117 North, Range 24 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian as lies Northerly of the Northerly right-of- way line of the Great Northern Railroad. 11~at Chapter 23, Meund Code of Ordinances entitled "Zoning" be, and hereby is, amended by deleting from the provisions of Section 23.011, "Residential Use District A-l", and by adding to the provisions of Section 23.08 "~xpandi~ Indus- trial Use District" the following described tracts, to-wit: That part of Government Lot 4, Section 23, Township 117 North, Range 24 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian as lies ~outh®rly of the Southerly right-of- way line of the Great Northern Railroad. William Schoell and Engineer presented the plans and outlined various routes of the proposed main. Present were William Babb, Henry Reintz, Richard Grant, Rollie Rondorf and Mr. Palmer. The discussion was mainly to route with those alread~ served objecting to a new service and the accompanying assessment. Heikkila moved and Pfeifer seconded the motion that the hearing be continued until November 5, 1963 at the Mound Village Office at 8:00 P.M. ~ne vote was ~u~animously in favor so carried and continued. 10 INCH WATER MAIN FROM CITIES SERVICE STATION TO GROVE LANE T~ a~torney declared the publication and mailed notices to be sufficient and legal. Ray Koehn asked Winkel is more water was needed in the Highland area, he answered that more water and the accompanying pressure was needed for fires and general use~ and needed badly. SPRING PARK - MOUND JOINT MEETING A joint meeting with the Spring Park Council was set for nine P.M. on October 29th. Koehn moved and Heikkila seconded a motion to adjourn until the meeting of October 29, 1963 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station.
