Present were: Mayor H. B. R. Larson, Trustees Ray Koehn, Del Pfeifer, LeRoy Heikkila,
Attorney Ray Ploetz and Manager Leonard Kopp
PUBLIC HEARING ON MONTCLAIR .PLACE WATER - Continued
Present were James Palmer and Lucille Duffy. Miss Duffy stated she had had her
well fixed and the emergency was over for the present.
The mayor continued the hearing until February 25, 1964 at 8:00 P.M. at the Fire
~tation.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMM~DATIONS
Koehn moved and Pfeifer seconded the motion '
BE IT MOVED, that Gordon Gyllen be allowed to oonstruct~a frame garage on commercial
property, Lot 31, Auditor's Subdivision #167 a variance in the building
and zoning code, the set back of the garage must be that observed in a
residential zone area~ upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.
WIDENING OF PERTH LANE
Mrs. John Dale appeared to support a petition she had circulated which was submitted
to the council to support the request to widen Perth Lane at the south end of the
ball park where the road tums sharply.
The council stated they have no funds to make such a change but that the mat of the
road could be moved if the necessary eas ments were available from the adjoining
property owners, when sewer was installed in that area.

SEWERS ALONG DUTCH LAKE SHORELINE
About 20 citizens £rom the Dutch Lake area appeared to discuss the installing of
sewer lines in thief area, it was proposed by the engineer that a great savings
would be made to the village and the property owner alike if the installation was
made along the shoreline rather than on the ro~d. Feelings ran Quite high and a
poll revealed that among those present the majOrity were agai~st such an installation.
The ouncil will consider the proposal at a leter date.
STRRET LIGHT ON HWY 125
Pfeifer moved and Heikkila seconded a motion.
BE IT MOVED, a street light of 10~000 lumen be installed in the vicinity of the
Leuthner residence, and~Nerthem States Power be authorized and
directed to make such installation.
The vote was unanimously in favor~ so carried.

Village Election - ll:O0 P.M. at the Mound Village Office
Present were: Mayor H. B. R. Larson, Trustees LeRoyHeikkila, Ra~ Koehn, Del Pfeifer,
Attorney BAy Ploetz and Manager Leonard Kopp
The count of ballots revealed that Raymond Koehn was elected mayor and Del Pfeifer
was elected Trustee, such terms to begin Jan. 1, 1964.
