PA~kNNING COMMiSSiON RECOMMENDATIONS Petition for vacation of Parking Area on Mound Properties - Shirley Hills Unit F Mr. Herbert Wolner appeared and stated if the council wottld grant his request he would give to the village 26 ft. ~ongzmts i ~nd 27 in order to allow Hidden Vale road 66 ft. width. Mr. Wolner further stated that he wculd reimburse the village for the cost of publications necessary to a hearing, if a hearing were set. Code by _al!owing him to construct a garage with a set-back ~ari~nce; the Planning Commission recommends this variance. GARDE SET-BACKS The Planning Commission recommends that the Building Code be amended ~n regard to set-back requirements. The ~il]~e Attorney was instructed by executive order to draft an amendment to the ordinance incorporating the suggestions of the Planning Commission and the Council. KO]~'S SECOI~DADDITIOE The ~ayor requested the ~anager to bri~ all data concerning the proposed road in Koehler~s Second Addition up to date and present to the Council when assembled. ERYCK wATE~ Batdorf moved and Heikkila seconded a motion BE IT '~ MOVED, that the water bill of i~owell Kryck be adjusted by subtracting the sum of $12.50 from the total, the Village ~ssumes no liability in allowing the deduction. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. CONDEMNED HOUSE The house on Lots 5 and 6, Block 4 Pembrooke was discussed. the State Fire F~arsh~l~l be called in on the problem. It was s~gested that ANNUAL DECLARATION OF HOMESTEAD The matter of an ordinance to cover the annual filing of homestead declmr~tions was discussed. That the Mound Code of Ordinances be amended by adding thereto Section 18.05, as follows, to-wit: Section 18.05 Annual Declaration of Homestead Exemption.
