PLAWNING COM}~.ISSION RECOMME$[DATIONS
Bernard Julkowski requests lot size variance.
Johnson moved and Heikkila seconded a motion
BE IT MOVED, that Bernard Julkowski be allowed a lot size variance on Lots I & 2
Block 3, Avalon, side yard and set back requirements are not waived.
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.
A. J. Anderson subdividing of property in Section 23. The preliminary plan was
presented to the council and they indicated their approval by poll of the council.
TAXI LICENSE
Johnson moved and Heikkila seconded a motion
~E I~ MOVED, a Taxi license be granted to Ferdinand Schwartm for the ooeration
of three taxi cabs on the village streets for the year, 1965.
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and granted.

WATER - TASTE AND ODOR
Discussed. Engineer stated the introduction of clorine would improve the taste
and odor of th~ water; it could be put into oue hydrant and pumoed out of another
during the night hours when water consumpation was very low.

PLANNING COMMIS$IO~ RECOMENDATION
Ray Salden aooeared.
Heikkila moved and Johnson seconder a motion
BE IT MOVED, a variance be allowed to Ray Salden for Part of Lot 30, Mound Shores
for area requirements, and allow him to split said property into
three building sites Conditioned on his signing a waiver for an
additional sewer assessment unit on this property.
The vote was unanimously in favor so carried, and allowed.
SPLITTING LOT A ARDEN
Mr. Conkey has again requested permission to split Lot A Arden. An informal
heartn~ was set for February 16, 1965 allowing time to notify all the persons
signing petitions about this split.

amended by amending Section 65.56 thereof to read
