Mr. !]roschen spoke for the two of them; and asked that the project be tabled for the present. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS Dan Foray, architect spoke and requested that the council set aside their first decision and allow the skylight without the hinging and fusing. So carried SEWER EASEMENT COMPLAINT Ben F. and Dewey Gardner appeared and protested the requested sewer easement that would cut between their lake shore home and the lake. The Engineer was asked to again look into the matter. Don Geffre sooke for the group. Stating they had reorganized their by-laws, p~:blished notice of meeting formed a new membership list~ had a duly authorized meeting and voted h7-O to give the park to Mound Village, with the necessary deeds. The Council was polled about acceoting the park, and the poll was unani~ot~sly in favor. 'PLA~(NING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS John Eidem appeared about rebuilding or remodeling the Lake Dry Cleaners on Lot h~ Koehlers Addition. He had no definite olsns but was trying to make up him mind which would be the most feasible plan. Northern Contracting Black ?op Plant on property just north of the Sewer Pl~nt Scruton moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, A Special Use Permit be granted for one year to operate a Black Top Plant on Village owned orooerty north of the Sewer Plant. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.
