Present were: Mayor R. C. Koehn, Trustees LeRoy Heikkila, Wm. Johnson and
James Scruton, and Village Manager Leonard L. Kopp.
Heikkila moved and Scruton seconded the motion.
RESOLUTION NO. 65-63
RESOLUTION REQUESTING A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING
TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUND PERMITTING THE ISSUANCE
OF LICENSES FOR THE "ON SALE" OF INTOXICATING
LIQUOR AND THE MUNICIPAL OPERATION OF "OFF SALE"
FACILITIES
