Johnson and James Scruton, and Village Manager Leonard L. Kopp. Heikkila moved and Scruton seconded the motion. RESOLUTION NO. 65-63 RESOLUTION REQUESTING A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUND PERMITTING THE ISSUANCE OF LICENSES FOR THE "ON SALE" OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND THE MUNICIPAL OPERATION OF "OFF SALE" FACILITIES Roll Call Vote Heikkila Aye Johnson Aye Scruton Aye Koehn ~ye So carried and resolved. Johnson moved and Heikkila seconded a motion to adjourn until the adjourned meeting of March 23, 1965 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station.
