Present were: Acting Mayor William N. Johnson, Trustees LeRoy Heikkils, Jmnes Scruton;
Attorney Ray Ploetz~ Manager Leona~d L. Kopp
Hearins were called to order on Robert Johnson, Zoning Changes and Chapmen and Gove,
and continued until later in the evening.
REGISTERED LAND SURVEY
Mr. Frank Conkey appeared with his official plat. The council would accept the
plat as it was not drawn according to orevious council action.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS
Vern Brandenburg and Charles Jackson appeared.
Trusses and White InvestmentSign were discussed and action was put off ~mtil a full
council could be present
HEARING - Robert Johnson
The atto'.mey declared the petition to be sufficient and legal.
Mr. Robert Johnson and Mr. Chris Niesen appeared in support of the petition. The
mayor called for any one opposed, there was no response. The Hearing? was continuted
by executive order of the acti~g Mayor until April 13, 1965 at 8:00 P.M.
ZONING CHANGES purchase agreement
Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fischer appeared and stated they wo~U~ike the entlr~ property left
in the Multiple Zoning, also Mr Henry Meyer, hblding ~ ~ the lanm behind Fischer~
and Siefert, also wanted his property left in the presen~ zoning. The Hearing was
continued until April 13, 1965 at 8:00 P.M at the Mound Fire Station, by executive orde~

BE IT MOVED, the Village Council grant a license to sell cigarettes br the year 1965
at the new Standard Oil Station, Wilshire and Concord Blvds.
.The vote was unanimously in favor so carried.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDRTIONS
Scruton moved and Johnson seconded s motion

~ MOVED, a variance in the Building Code be granted to allow the use of trusses
on ~h" centers using ~/8 inch plsywood with H clips, on the new St.
Johns Church.
Scruton and Johnson voted - Aye; Heikkil~ abstained.
