TiLe mayor stated the council could not licmse cabs to a new owner or oral proof; the council requested a conditional sales agreement before considering the Taxi License reouest. The matter w~ll be on the a~enda of May 11, 1965o OFFER OF LAND IN SETON Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bruns aooeared and again offered their land in Block ]_~ Seton to the Village. The co~mcil declined the offer w~th thanks. STORM DRAINAGE - Douglas Coleman Mr. Coleman appeared and requested the village to install storm drainage on his land. Heikkila moved and Scruton seconde~ a motion RESOLUTION 65-94 RESOLUTION ORDET~ING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS (Tonkawood Drive and Noble Drive - Storm Sewer) Roll Call Vote Heikkila Aye Scruton Aye Pfeifer Aye Koehn Aye So carried and resolved BROOKLYN PARK DISCUSSED Ken Plant apoeared and discussed with the council the oroblem_of draining the Park in Brooktonknown at the Maud Chaomap Park. Scruton moved and Heikkila seconded the motion BE IT MOVED, the Village Council acceot the reoort of the Park Committee in the way of funds and follow the engineers suggestions for starting a drainage system for the Maud Chaoman Park. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried. WILLETTE PETITION FOR S~ER - Discussed The Mayor by executive order asked the engineer to make a survey of the property, the attorney to prepare the necessary easements after conferine with the Manager to designate a public alley; The sever will serve four properties. INSPECTOR FUND Duane Dodds 7h.70 STRE ET FUND Keith Dahl 36.00 WATER FU~[D Keith Dahl 10.50 Total 121.20 TOYS STORM DRAINAGE Pfeifer moved and Heikkila seconder a motion BE IT MOVED, that the Village Council allow Tonka Toys to install storm drainage on Highway 15~ and at such time that the village installs storm drainage for this area proper credit will be given on the expenditures made at this time. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.
