The hearin~ was continued to June 15~ 1965 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station by executive order. Mr. Walters is requested by the council to be present. William Schoell, Village Engineer recommends the grantdnz of this request. Scruton moved and Heikkila seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, the Village Council reject the request of the Mound School ~.stict #277 to put ground water into the sanitary sewer system. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. ~NTNG PERMIT - Darrel Cox Mr. Cox aooeared before the cooncil to request the removal of fill from the vi!laffe without having first made aoolication for a mining oermit. He was instructed to aooly for the permit, ~iving a reoort on how much fill he was o!annin~ to remove to where it was to bc~ out and a topoeraohical of the land i~vo!ved with the before and after ol~n outlined, al~o legal descriotion. The matter would be hear~ on Jupe !st if requirement were met.
