Present were: Miss Ingrsm of the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Board~ Mr
Swsnson's mother and step-father~ Mr. and Mrs. Larson and brother, Gary Swanson
Miss Ingram said she was not in a position to make a recommendation at this time,
not having comp].eted her investigation.
T~e attorney stated that the Village Council must use public facilities if they
are available a~d if they use private facilities when comparable public facilities
are available the council could be held personally liable for the ex~ense incurred.

material leave the village.
The vote was unanimously in favor~ so carried.

seconded a motion to pay the following bills where funds are available. The
