Koehn, Trustee James oc. uton,~ ~ LeRoy Heikkila and Vernon Brandenburg; Manager Leonard Kopp, Finaucial Consultant Lyle Olson and Attorney Ray Ploetz, LAhUtENCE S~[ANSON CASE Present were: Miss Ingrsm of the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Board~ Mr Swsnson's mother and step-father~ Mr. and Mrs. Larson and brother, Gary Swanson Miss Ingram said she was not in a position to make a recommendation at this time, not having comp].eted her investigation. T~e attorney stated that the Village Council must use public facilities if they are available a~d if they use private facilities when comparable public facilities are available the council could be held personally liable for the ex~ense incurred. The vote was unanimously in favor~ so carried. BILLS The followin~ bills were presented for approval. Scruto~ moved and Heikkila seconded a motion to pay the following bills where funds are available.
