The vote was unanimously in favor so carried. Pfeifer moved and DeGuise seconded a motion to adjourn until August 17, 1965 at the Mound Fire Station at 8:00 P.M. he vote was unanimously in favor so carried and adjourned. R. C. The attorney cited rules adopted on July 19, 1965, and also outlined the rights of the citizens. The Mayor stated the council was there not to hear new complaints, and only additional information on existing complaints would be heard; and to accept the assessment roll. The following was passed unanimously by the full vote of the coucnil.
