SEWER ASSESSMENT ADJOURNED HEARING MOVED
Pfeifer moved and Scruton seconded a motion to move the adjourned Sewer Hearing to
the Shirley Hills School across the street, because it was apparent the Fire Hall
would not be large enough to accommodate the citizens attending. The vote was
unanimously in favor so carried.
Pfeifer moved and DeGuise seconded a motion to adjourn until August 17, 1965 at
the Mound Fire Station at 8:00 P.M. he vote was unanimously in favor so carried
and adjourned.

Mayor Koehn called the adjourned hearing to order.
The attorney cited rules adopted on July 19, 1965, and also outlined the rights
of the citizens.
The Mayor stated the council was there not to hear new complaints, and only additional
information on existing complaints would be heard; and to accept the assessment roll.

and valuation. He will let property go tax forfeit if charges are not reduced.

was passed unanimously by the full vote of the coucnil.
