H2ARING ON NORTHERN AND SUMMIT LAND DRAINAGE
The attorney stated the legal requirements on notices and publications were sufficient.
The Mayor called for anyone in sup~ort of the project, no one appeared or answered.
The Mayor called for anyone in opoosition of the project, Mrs. Donald Davis ans~ered
that she was opoosed on the grounds that she lived on the top of the hill and the
drainage waters did not affect her property, so she felt she should not be assessed.
Brandenburg moved and DeGuise seconded a motion

The vote was unanimously in favor, so carrie<'~ and continued.

Brandenburg stated he felt this project needed some curb, DeGuise wants cu b on,one
side anyway
Stan Olson said he would give the necessary easements for the oroject
Hilda Swenson stated that she wouldn't sign any easements, as she feels that her
scrubs and trees were damaged by the installation or sewer, the manager oointed out
to her that her scrubs and trees were on the village street and their removal".le for
the installation of se~r was legal. She left in gr.~mt haste, squealing her tires
as she left the oarking area.

The matter of easem~mts given to the village by Mr. Lindquist m-ere discussed.

BE IT MOVED, the Hearing for Grove Lane, Noble Drive and Cedar Lane Water be continued
until the close of the Council Meetin~ of August 31, 1965 at the Mound
