0ral Complaints
Chris N. Blank
Lots 105, Block 5, Pembroke
I am assessed for four water services and there are only three p~t in.
Written grievance filed.
~rs. John Sullivan
Lots 6 & ~1, Block 15, Arden
We were overlooked in the Sewer Hearing. How am I going to be sure that
you are not going to forget us this time. In the other meeting Mrs.
Schedine's was corrected but not mine. I want to be sure mine is corrected
correctly this time. I don't need services on both streets.' Written grievance.
Mrs. Leonard Schedine
Lots 9 & 28, Block 15, Arden
These two lots are in one ownership, but because they are separated I
am being assessed for 120 feet instead of 80 feet. I don't want a service
on the back lot. Written grievance filed.
Clyde Case
Lot 9, Block 1, Pembroke;(also Lots 5,6,7 and 8)
This lot was ourchased from the Village an8 still has the Village name
on it; therefore it was assessed as a seoarate lot. ~..~o~ *.~ ~a~ ~+
James Regan
Lot ~8 Whipple
The method of assessment is unfair against owners of less than 60 feet.
Why was 60 foot minimum picked? Property can be divided later and beat
the assessment. Would like to have h:d it brought to a vote. Written grievance
D~ane Koski
Lots 1,2,~, Boock ~6, Wychwood
We are assessed for two units, but have only one.

Elsie Naab
Lots 1-6, Boock 10, Avalon
Lots I & 2 are two 40-foot lots for which I have been charged two units.
There is only oue home there and therefore should be only one unit.
Also, when is our lawn going to be fixed up again. Written grievance.
Anne Man~el
Lot 5, Btock 14, Whipple
I am charged for 60 feet when I have only 40-foot lot. This is too high.
Also, I don't want to have to pay for water I don't use. I have an
artesian well. Will I be charged for water service? Also, when the
Drummond Road was widened, two feet was cut off the front of my lot and
I had to put in new steps. Mine is a summer cottage. Written grievahce.
Gertrude Eggers
Lots 9-12, Block 18, Devon
Why three services and only enough place for two homes?
Written grievance.
Harry Atkin
Lots 18 & ½19, Boock l, Devon
How did you decide where to put the service? Nobody ever asked me. It
is on the opposite side of where my well was. Also, never gave easement
to put in water and no condemnation proceedings to do so. They also cut
down a tree without asking me.
O. C. Pflug
Lot 1, Block 1, Avalon and Lot 95, Phelps Island Park 1st Division
I am assessed for only one unit. This is all right, but I also own
Lot 95 ne×t to it. I would like to build here, but there is no water
line to hook up to.
John Louis
Lot 25, Block 24, Seton
(1) I have been assess for 60 feet when I have only 50 feet
(2) The front of my house has been left in a terrible condition. I
assumed the ground were to be put back in the condition they were.
I have no place for a garage. Consequently, when it rains there
is nothing but mud where I park my car. It is also being used
as a turn-around. Written grievance filed.
Mathilda Hamann
Lots 1,2,5, Block lq, Wychwood
Would like the interest rate reduced to less than 6%. We are on old-
age assistance and cannot pay so much. (Referred to banks or other
loaning institutions.) Written grievance filed.
Romeo F. Cloutier
Lot 14, Block ~, Pembroke
No service needed on this lot. The service for Lot 15 was actually put
in on Lot 14. I wanted it above the manhole, not below. Written greivance.
~. J. Johnson
Lots 1,2,5, Block 9, Pembroke
When is street going to be fixed? Has been coming in on Lot 9 to get to
his property. (This lot has been bought by Clyde Case.) Inverness Road.
Don Schotz
Lots 1,8,9,10, Block 21,Seton
All of Lot I and paets of the other lots are under water. There is a cul-
vert running across Galway that dumps water into this property. The
water stands there and there is no place for it to go. I need relief from
assessments on these lots.
Ed Kugler
Lots 11,12,15, Block 27, Seton
Two and one-half years ago you took down a town of lilacs by the road and
put the culvert up too high. Are you going to put it back where it belongs?
