Brandenburg moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion
BE IT MOVED,That in Block 26 of Whipple the fo21owing will be changed:
Lot l0 - Increase Unit to ~ and removed service charge
Lot ll Incre:se Unit to ~
Lot 13 - Increase Unit charge to 1
Lot 16 - Remove service charge
Lot 23 - Reduce Unit charge to 1/3 and removecservice charge
Lot 24 - Reduce unit charge to 1/3
Lot 25 - Reduce unit charge to 1/3 remove service charge and reduce
footage to 40 feet
Plus the recommendations o£' the Engiheer be accepted, see attached sheets.

Water Assessment grievances.
Grievance 1 - Clara W. Nelson, p. 5 - Wants assessment for
only one service on Lots 11 and 12, Block 3, Arden.
1 service installed. We ~ecommend the assessment on
~he second service be removed.

Grievance 2 - Carlson, Jr. p. 70 - Grievance not returned
to assessment office.
Grievance $ - Dahl, p. 215 - Grievance not returned to
assessment office.
Grievance 4 - Chris N. Blank, p. 81 - Lots 1 thru 5, Block 3,
Pembroke. -Assessed for four services, wants only th~me, e.
lhree installed. Recommend delating 1 service assessment,
Grievance S - William L. Hyde (Robert E. Woytcke signod complaint)
p. 215 - Lots 7,8,g9, Block 22, Wychwood. Wants charge
for only 1 service for those three lots. Two installed.
Wants charge for only 1 service for Lots 14 g 15. Two
installed. Recommend no change on the three lots, but
reduction To one service on Lots 14 g 15.
Grievance 6 - W. P. Burton, p. 125 - Lot 4, Block 12, Seton.
Wants Lot ~ charged at ~0' rather than minimum of 60'
He also owns part of Lot $ (assessed at ~0', no service)
a~d Lots 8,9, & 10, each assessed at 40' with one service
for the three. We recommend no changes in assessment
since This lot is separate and should be treated the same
as Lots 1,2, $ 3 in the same block. ~
GrieVance ? - Elizabeth C. Johnson (complaint filed by Lynn~W.
B~ooks) p. 179 - Lots 23, 2~, & 25, Block 26, Whipple.
Wants assessment @ ~0' on Lot 25, which she has purchased
a long with Lots 23 g 24. We recommend a providinR proof
of common ownership on all 3 lots is given.

Avalon, Wants assessment for only one service. One
service installed. We recommend one charge for service,
deleting charge on LOt ~[4kr~
Grievance 9 - Angle, p. 37 - Grievance not returned to assess-
ment office.
Grievance 10 - Louis Hamann, p. 207 - LOts 1,2,g 3, Block 1~,
Wychwood. Wants assessment on Lot 3 deleted, as was
done with sewer assessment. Recommend ~eduction to 85'
frontage assessment (Lots 1 & 2 only) because no main
in front on Sussex and Lots are served of Essex (side
street).
Grievance 11 - Naab, p. 33 - Grievance not returned to assess-
ment office.
Grievance 12 -Annie B. I~vine, p. 25 - Lots 25 & 26, Block 15,
Arden. Asks reduction to 80' actual frontage on two lots
and charge for one service. Recommend ~eduction to 40'
frontage on each lot and deletion of service assessment
on Lot 25. Only one service installed.
Grievance 13 - Hartman, p. 1 - Grievance not returned to assess-
ment office.
Grievance 1~ - Turchick, p. 178 - Grievance not returned to
assessment office.
Grievance 15 - Florence and Edwin F. Ess, p. 221 - Lots 24 $
25, Block 26, Wychwood. Have purchased Lot 24 in May.
Want reduction to actual 40' frontage on each lot, and
deletion of one service. Two services installed. Re-
commend reduction in frontage charge to 40' On each,
upon presentation of common ownership. Recommend no
chanRe in charge for two services.
Grievance 16 - Gilbert Grimm, p. 17 - 4ors 2 & 3, Block 11,
Arden. Wants reconsideration of p~esent assessment
(one unit"om each 0£ two lots) because they are under
the square £ootage £or buildin.~. One service installed.
Recommend deletion of one service on Lot 2, other~ise
no change o
