Koehn~ Trustees Richard DeGuise, James Scuton, Del Pfeifer and Vernon Brandenburg; Attorney Ray Ploetz, Manager Leonard Kopp and Engineers William Schoell and Steve Rowe. STREET GARAGE BIDS OPENED Statment by Brandenburg, Plans should be brought up to correct specifications Uefore bids are acceptede Pfeifer moved and DeGuise seconded a motion RESOLUTION 197 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID ( Street and Water Garage Addition) Roll Call Vote Scruton Nay DeGuise Aye Brandenburg Nay Pfeifer Aye Koehn Aye So carried and resolved ADJOUrnED HEARING ON GROVE LANE AND CEDAR LANE WATER DeGuise moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, the following assessments be changed: Abraham Lincoln Addition to Lakeside Park Block 2 - Lots 7 to lh - reduce footage to 270.8 feet A., L Crockers Lake Side Park 1st Division Block 3 - Lot h7 - Add Service Charge Lot h9 - Add Service charge Block 6 - Lot 32 - reduce ffotage to 30 feet Seifarths Mound Bay Park Lots 3, h and Part of ~ - reduce footage to llT.~ feet and add service charge Lot I and 2 - remove all assessment charges by removing fSotage to zero Part of Lot 50 - remove all footage - no charge Lot 5h and Part of h6 - reduce foot~ge to 150 feet The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. The mayor continued the hearing until the meeting of Seotember 7, 1965 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station RICHARD MORRIS REZONING - set for Sept 7 - Plat plan to be submitted WOLNER REQUEST FOR WATER FOR NEW NATIONAL FOOD STORE Brandenburg moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion RESOLUTION 6~-198 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPA!~ATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (SpruceStreet Water ) Roll Call Vote DeOuise Aye Scruton Aye Pfeifer Aye Brandenberg Aye Koehn Aye So resolved REQUEST TO MOVE R. R. DEPOT BUILDING DeGuise moved and Scruton seconded the motion BE IT MOVED, the Village Council of the Village of Mound go on record as in favor of removal or demolition of the Railroad Depot building. The vote was unaimously in favor, so carried IP HALL ROOF BID - Dave Willette Brandenburg moved and Scruton seco~ded the motion BE IT MOVED, the Village Council of the Village of Mound accept the offered bid of Dave Willete to repair the roof on the I. P. Hall .
