1965-09-21MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 21, 196~ at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station Present were: Acting Mayor James Scruton, Trustees Richard DeGuise, Del Pfeifer and Vernon Brandenburg; Engineer William Schoell and Attorney Jim Grathwol, Manager Leonard Kopp HEA~IING ON SPECIAL USE PERMIT The attorney declared the notices of be sufficient to meet legal requirements Ed Kugler appeared along ~ith, Kermit Jalmberg, Theodore Lutgers, Mrs. Bernard Lister, Ethan Curtis and Hans Tellelman all who spoke in favor of the proposed special use permit. None appeared against the permit. Lot owners may provide for the erection of proper memorial work in the space designated by the Superintendent. No memorial may be placed until the price of the space used for burial and all burial fees have been paid." SEWER II FUND Mound Sand and Gravel 18,563,55 BLACKTOP DRIVEWAY A1 Quist has agreed to give the village a 24" culvert about 85' long inexchange for the village blacktopping the approach to his driveway while blacktopping the adjoining street. The council informally approved the trade.
