The attorney declared the notices of be sufficient to meet legal requirements
Ed Kugler appeared along ~ith, Kermit Jalmberg, Theodore Lutgers, Mrs. Bernard Lister,
Ethan Curtis and Hans Tellelman all who spoke in favor of the proposed special use
permit. None appeared against the permit.

Note: Arnold Morse want the council to know he believes the council is in error in
allowing the filling station to be erected on land that has been zoned from

_The part of the hearing that regards the Marina ~11 be coninued until builders plans,
boat slip size and area to be used is avaiable; action to be taken on the Filling
Station only at this time.

"MUN-ZCIPAL CEMETERt~, OF THE MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA~
(1) That ~apter 5 of the Mound Code of Ordinances,
entitled "Municipal Cemetery", b~ and hereby is, amended by
amending Section 5.30 "Memorials", Subdivision a, thereof to
read as follows, to-$~t:
"S~ection ~.307 Memorials
a. Lot owners may provide for the erection of
proper memorial work in the space designated by the
Superintendent. No memorial may be placed until the
price of the space used for burial and all burial fees
have been paid."
(2) That Chanter ~, of the Mound Code of Ordinances,
entitled "Municipa~ Cemetery,, be, and hereby is, amended by
adding to the pre~sions of the Section 5.30, "Memorials,,
thereef the fellow-lng, to-wit:

A1 Quist has agreed to give the village a 24" culvert about 85' long inexchange for
the village blacktopping the approach to his driveway while blacktopping the adjoining
street. The council informally approved the trade.
